At this time of year, we at עול"ם ~ The Jewish Crohn's & Colitis Support Group (JCCSG) would like to wish you and your family a happy and prosperous year; It shall be a year of Nachas and Parnasah, and of course a Healthy year.

As we look back upon the year past, we are proud that we have made some significant accomplishments this year, We provided Medical referrals, Expedited appointments, for hundreds of people who reached out to us, We got huge discounts by specialists for the needy, we supplied information and support for over a thousand people and their families, we were able to spread our awareness, education and support mission in Crown Heights-Brooklyn NY, Baltimore MD, and Lakewood  NJ, while connecting with more doctors and hospitals throughout New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Maryland. In addition to the continuous efforts in research in better understanding IBD and hopefully a Road to prevention. We had a key role in passing the Crohn's & Colitis Fairness Act - NY State Restroom Access Act in Assembly and in Senate.

At this opportunity, we would like to express our deep appreciation for your ongoing support of our mission. It is only with your continuous dedication that we are able to improve the quality of life for the people affected by Crohn's and Colitis and their families.

Please help us so we'll be able to help you better!

The JCCSG has been founded with more than 6 years ago to help those struggling with Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Over the past few years, we have helped people alleviate their struggle to survive the difficulties of these diseases. We have provided general information, assisted with medical referrals, launched educational symposiums and support group events.

In the last year, we have spent a lot of resources to improve and strengthen connections with doctors to be able to expedite appointments, to provide support for those struggling with the disease and their families, and to arrange support gatherings. We also have many great ideas in the pipeline for the future.

We never asked our beneficiaries for any fee, and intend to continue to do so for as long as we can. However, we need financing to be able to launch our new website and many new projects and keep up with the old ones.

Here we are with a plea to all of you: Please help us out so we'll be able to help you better! As of now, we can only depend on the people who know what Crohn’s/Colitis is… Any donation, no matter how small, will go a long way in making it all possible.
